i would like to talk to suspension our account

I hope you doing well.
my account was suspended due to some fake reviews I just want to let you know currently our booking.com manage by 3rd party after that incident we remove the 3rd party and handover to our sales persons. I requested to you please resolve this issue & reopening our account.
Just contact Partner Support , by phone if urgent.
