ICal

I am having trouble connecting my calenders and I have gone in and manually blocked the dates out yet people continue to book my three properties for the exact same date. I have my properties now triple booked and I am having trouble figuring out how to fix this issue. I have reached out before and can't seem to fix this issue.

Hi Amanda

 

It was never going to work direct from the beginning anyway, as BdC calendar sync does not follow the international iCal sync standards.. i.e. it does not trigger  on update or in real time.

 

Instead you need a 3rd party service called a channel manager to be the golden copy and then it syncs to all OTA connected.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
