Ignoring minimum nights from Channel Mnaager

Hi Partners,


I work with Smoobu & PriceLabs that set my prices and minimum stay conditions.

After I added a new rate-policy on booking.com (flexible 7 days), booking.com customers can book shorter stays than that I have allowed. 

In my Channel manager, it's perfectly fine (7 days minimum for far out) and on other channels, it works, but booking.com ignores it. 

Does anyone know where this comes from?

As long as their is a linked rate plan on BdC side it should just work.


Your next step is to phone Partner Support for them to review settings


Reminder Partner Support will never see this.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
