I rented my house to a single male.  He is subletting to Airbnb and Booking.com. It clearly states the the Tenancy Agreement  he signed he must not run a business or sublet in anyway.  There has been a lot of damage to the property and it is an unsafe condition.  How can I urgently contact Booking.com?  I have contacted the HSE, Police, the Environmental Health but it is vital that Booking.com stop advertising my house as they are facilitating guests being put into a dangerous environment.  Please advise as I am at my wits end that something serious may happen.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
