Inability to find inbox on the extranet
May i please ask for help on finind inbox on the extranet, i have been trying to reach support and there is no number, no link to speak to an actual agent, this platform is really unfriendly
actually there is .... 3 methods , see below.
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

ah i see why , that not a normal account.
you have a company group account, for multiple listings
you likely have to go into each one to then see the option.
If you can't find Inbox option on your phone, use a computer. I had the same problem but as soon as I sign in to my extranet using a macbook there is was.
