I HAVE AN INBOX MESSAGE IN MY EXTRANET THAT SHOWS INBOX MESSAGE 1 BUT I CAN;T SEE WHERE THIS MESSAGE IS.

 

CAN YOU HELP ME?

there are 2 inboxes areas:

 

  1. The Guest  aka Reservation Messages
  2. The Partner Support team aka Booking.com Messages

 

 

 contact partner support, see below 3 methods

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

They have a problem on their system and the techs are looking to it-if you don't find it , it is not there.

I have the same issue 2 weeks now

It took me a lot of frustration to finally figure out how to navigate to my inbox as a host. In order to see your "Inbox Messages", it is directly linked to each of your properties. 

1) Go to admin.booking.com and sign in

2) Under Group Homepage tab scroll down and you will see:

Property

Status on Booking.com

Arrivals in 
next 48 hours

Departures in next 48 hours

Guest messages

Booking.com messages

3) If you have multiple properties, scroll down the booking.com messages and you will FINALLY see your inbox messages for that particular property. 

4) This was not easy to navigate. Booking.com needs to be more guest AND host user friendly, instead of a generic message to follow these steps without a LINK or something useful like a video to guide people to things as simple as an inbox.

Hi Carlos, you are totaly right that this platform is very very complicated even for me I work lets say 30 years with computers and could not find this INBOX at all last two weeks. Thank you for your explanation above

How ever, as I do have a problem LISTING at 1st place my property, I dont have the option of messaging noone :) as my property is still not listed. Its giving me two weeks constant mesages in the end of registration that THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG PLEASE TRY AGAIN. How ever I need a phone # so to call someone, do you know by chance what are the European numbers on which I can dial?

No can I have ur email asap u said u were going to refund me asap and u haven't. I have tried meaaages and it said I can't message coz I don't have any upcoming booking tried calling nothifn so I went to the actual hotel for a refund of both mine and my friends cards which we used to pay for rooms that we didn't use and the hotel manager said we've took nothifn from cancellation fees booking . Com will give u a full refund. No I haven't received it. Asap send refund !!!
