inconsistent rates between the calendar and the posted rates


I was checking my posted property and found out that the quoted price per night is not consistent with the price I indicated on the calendar . How can I synchronize the rate on the site with the price on the calendar ? Please advise soonest as i people don't book on the wrong rates.

By any chance did you enable Genius rates? and or promotions?


As your property link is missing from your profile I cant see it. See info below on how-to.


When you have a Per night Base rate  plan, there ca nbe a number of factors that can dynamically adjust it.


Having sub rate plans based on it with discounts for minimum 3 nights + wioll do it by design.

Hello Naj Andraos! Thank you for posting in the Community! As advised to you already, please check whether you have any Promotions, Genius rates or Non Refundable rates activated. All of these features can influence the your property's pricing. Best of luck!
