incorrect rates showing
Hi, we have received a booking over night that is under half price of what we charge.
Having checked our channel management system, we are stumped as to how this could happen.
We are not running any current promo's, have not reduced our room rate per night.
I do see for the first time there is a Price match tick on our online booking... we have never offered to price match to anyone else....
How do I fix this.
Logon to the Extranet and confirm no promotions, no genius etc are all opt-out.
Under Genius there is a dynamic pricing feature.
Then phone BdC Support if nothing found.
