Incorrect Room Pricing on One Reservation

Hi Customer Service

We Have One Booking ***.

Which Due to An Error has ended Up with a Grossly In correct Price.  Given to Customer.

We Have Messaged Customer Straight Away to Advise of this! Twice!

We Have Had No Response!!

We Note that the customer Has still not Paid!!

So we Would Like this Booking Removed from Our Calender to Make Way for Genuine Bookings!!

We would Appreciate Your Assistance with This!!

Golden Rule : The Price Displayed Is The Price Paid.  Consumer law


You cannot change a booking afterwards even if you made a setup mistake you can only rectify it going forward.


Having said that, if your setup says they must prepay rate and or deposit within x hours or days, and they fail too, then you can initiate cancelation.


  • Open Reservation Details Page
  • Right pane, click Request Cancellation
  • Choose Option 1
  • Follow prompts and wait for the system to mark it as cancelled , if it seems to be taking too long, say after 2 hours, phone BdC Partner Support to confirm if anything is blocking it.


AS I have never seen an Option 1 outcome do come back and let us know how that unfolds so it can be documented here.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
