Hello, Good evening. My property name is Residence Mouri (8510573). I am a very new client. I opened account on booking.com last month. I published that and I got notificacion that I will receive a letter with a code within 15 days. I did not upload a proper photo of my property. There was renovation works ongoing. In the meantime I got a reservation but my property was not ready to rent. Immediately I closed the date of availability for two weeks. I got some more reservations despite the availability was closed. I got an invoice for the month of May. Eventhough I had no guests for the whole month of May. The first guest came on 3rd June. So my first appeal to you to eliminate that invoice please. And the second matter is I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for the letter of address verication. Thats why I cannot make changes for prepayment policies. Can you please do it as soon as possible. Thank uou
