My guest is requesting an invoice from me, how can I give it to them?

by either getting a spreadsheet template or using  a website like tradeshift.com

then pull the info from the reservation page along with them supplying:


  1. company email address - and to validate make them email you from their work email, so timewasters and non work guests are not taking the mick.
  2. company name
  3. company full address, reg number, vat number


a quick google or if you have microsoft office ( excel) / M365, you can use the built in template search tool to find the bones of one and edit it.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
