Issue with extranet time in Latam for last weeks

Simple examples:

• At 5:01pm is not possible to close rooms/stop sell (maybe the system is 7 hours extra like in Europe???)
• Our "Limited Time Deal" dont start at 00:01 of the day choosed. Start at 5:01pm of previous day (maybe the system is 7 hours extra like in Europe???). I dont know, but I supouse who close in the correct day but at 5:00pm

I note this from last weeks (maybe an upgrade who provoke this issue).

Is not just in my two properties, many of my colleagues in another cities, same country has exactly the same problems.
