We are happy to won TravellerReviewAwards2021. It is such pleasure to celebrate our work. Our holiday apartment located in the near of North Sea coast in Germany and we have it since 2 years. You can see it on my bio.
It is just fun to manage it. No, we are not money oriented but only make fun to use our empty apartment for guests.
But we take seriously on guest satisfaction. Keep clean and tidy is on the top of our work, and we didn't buy cheap furniture and deco. Once we bought a rather cheap mattress and what we got was negative feedback from our guests. Since then, we only bought the best things for our apartment. However we get money from them and they should get what they paid for.
And yes, when we are not in holiday to other place, we always try to welcome our guest personally. Often we have a nice BBQ in the summer evening with our guests in our big garden.
It is just fun.

Guten Tag, Eric. Yes you can use it. And while you are writing article, i would like to share a easy way to make guest happy; We all know, guests like extra, and we always give our guest extra. We put small schokolade on the pillows, a fresh flower from our garten in the bathroom and a botle of welcome drink. for short stay we give them a bottle of water and for long stay 7 nights and more, we give them a bottle of Sekt (sparkling wine). All of them are local product.
