Regarding the last bill that 3 person not coming to stay here  and already we sent to you "no show" after you sent the cancelation and now you asked us to pay the commission how it comes please? we call and send message so many times but no one answer us

Make sure you are using the correct method to message, as once message sent its a case logged and eventually they will follow up . see below how to.


Even when you mark a No Show, that does not tell BdC that you did not receive a payment, unless of course you are using Payments by Booking, (is the exception).

The assumption is that the No Show may have prepaid, and therefore you must pay commission.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
