Late payment of Invoice

I have a payment that is overdue.  The T&Cs say the payment should be in the bank account within 10 days . It's now well passed that and still no payment. B.c in the finance section are showing the transaction as complete , but the bank account clear show nothing as being received. Emailed through the inbox on intranet and no response what so ever. 

Anyone else who's experienced this got any advice on steps that work in contacting finance. Other than issuing a winding up order !!!🤔

I’m experiencing the same thing, 14 days since payment was processed and still no money reflecting. No response from customer service for 2 days now and I have noticed that they removed the call back button and only the message button is available. Not sure what to do but keep on messaging.

 I looked on here at other posts and we are not a lone ! There are lots of people saying similar things ; either late or no payment at all. Very worrying , especially with the lack of response and removal of contact numbers.  Alarm bells are ringing with me that booking.com has financial difficulties !
