Legal isentity ID

Hi, my channel mànager ask me for my legal isentity id. I dont know how to find IT, and i can't find any telephone number. Thanks!!

thats between you and them, also iSentity is not an english word so can you give an example of what you means that might help us both?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi Marina, 

Your Legal Entity ID is set up when you open your listing on Booking.com, but comes from using an Affliliate ID link provided by your channel manager. Please reach out to them directly for assistance or contact the Partner Support Team.
