Location verification.

How long booking take foe location verification? My property is blocked over 28 days and no way to contact booking then to make this verification 


please advice

Thank you for your message.  Sorry to hear about your experience so far. I would advise to call Partner Services directly to see if a representative in your country can organise an alternative verification for you. They may be able to do a video call or verify if you are listed with another online travel agency and have various reviews. To call them direct go to your Inbox > Booking.com messages. From here you will either see a ‘Contact Us’ button or ‘See Contact Options’  then under contact us select the relevant topic > Other > then click ‘See all contact Options > Call.



Unfortunately we cannot advise on the wait times for this. If you have already submitted the request in your Inbox, I would advise to submit it again until you get an answer from your local team. I would also advise that Booking.com cannot track any of your requests on this forum so please voice your concern by sending a message in the Inbox Tab.
