Hi Team 



My name is David and I am the manager of this property. 


My property has been blocked by you guys for some verification issues. I don't have any tie ups apart from booking.com to get the customers and suddenly they have blocked me to accept the bookings.  


I am not able to get in touch with the right person who can help me to go through this verification process at the earliest so that o can avoid the loss if the property remains deactive . 


Please help us in this.

Your next action is to message or phone as per below to organise alternative location verification, then you will be able to go Open/Bookable on the main homepage of Extranet.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
