Location Verification

HI From the UK, 

 

i have recently taken over a property and joined booking.com, after taking a number of bookings we have been told we need to perform location verification but cannot seem to get through to book a video call.

 

we have 4k outstanding from guests that have stayed and left (even leaving reviews in the meantime) and cant get paid out until this is complete.

 

Please can someone help or point me in the right direction of who to speak to.

Have you called booking.com support about this via telephone? My experience is they are pretty helpful with such things. Commenting in a different direction: This is one of the reasons why I do not let booking.com handle the payments, but do it myself. Then it's up to the guest and me to sort out payments and booking.com cannot interfere.
