Location verification/waited for 5 mos.
We began our journey with BDC in February. We have never received our letter and do not receive mail at our bnb location. Everything and everyone says be patient or there are alternative options.
We have been patient enough, where are the other options. I contacted BDC direct and they said, "your property is listed everything is fine......no it is not.
We continue to get requests to verify and it does restrict how easily guests find your listing.WE X ARE SUPER FRUSTRATED.....HELP!!!

Hello Dan & Di Hulbert! Welcome to the Partner Community, thank you for posting. As far as I can see, your property is online/bookable. And I can reserve it as a guest. It is still important to verify your property but it doesn't prevent you from getting reservations, right?

Right, by reading I see it makes it difficult for guests to find us as easily as if it were verified. Just can't seem to get any resolution....Thanks Di
Hi Dan & Di Hulbert! Could you please give an example? The verification process shouldn't affect the geolocation or prevent guests from finding your property. Does it show the correct property address?
I can't tell you how many requests we have received asking us to do an address verification, so each time we are to get a letter. We never do. I don't remember in what section I read, its not that it keeps you from being listed, but it hinders the ease of people finding you. We want it fixed. Whenever we open e travel thats the first thing we see. We are tired if it. It's states there are other methods if verification, yet when you look it up, it doesn't give any different solution. Who can get this corrected for us?

Ok, and what about the address of your property that guests can find on your booking.com page? Is it correct?
So what is the problem? When I try to make a reservation as a guest I can see your property location. By the way, guests rated your location as excellent. Anyways, you can request another verification letter or reach out to the support to ask for an alternative way to verify it.
