Max. length of stay!!!
Hello Partners,
In my Calendar I only have a min. length of stay in my drop down menu... Some days ago a partner stated that he has also a max. length of stay in his drop down menu.
Until now I did not know that a max. length of stay feature existed.... Does that mean that guests can make reservations without limit??? and we can offer discount for more than 7 days.
I remember that some time ago partners wanted to offer discount for more than 7 days and there was no possibility...has something changed???
If somebody has a better knowledge about this matter please give us feedback.

Yes that is exactly true.
So long as their is calendar availability a guest could book consecutive days for months at a time.
Now depending on the Host property type that is actually a good thing.
Its guaranteed money for a longer period.
I recently messaged BdC support to enable all hidden fields on the Calendar List View and specifically requested one for Max Nights Allowed.
There is nothing in the Property - Policies section for defining a max stay length.
I just checked and I can see them now:

I will also message BDC to add it to my drop down menu.

I just checked my listing as a guest and it can be booked for a max. of 30 nights, although I dont have the max. length of stay feature..
I guess its by default!!! but cannot offer a discount for more than 7 nights!!!
