MAximum length of stay not available

After a long closure for the covid restrictions I am happy to open our rooms again but I have spent the last twohours looking to  seta  maximum lenght of stay. Despite all teh guides it does not show as a drop down on restrictions  - I can only set minimum length and time before booking.  Am I looking for soemthing that does not exist anymore ?? Thanks In anticipation
