Maximum Nights

Hi there, we're quitte new to this platform. I want to make a restriction for the maximum nights in the kalender. We read the article about configuring the maximum nights but can't find the so called 'dropdown' menu, in the list view where we can set this up. Can anyone help us please :)

Calendar -List View is where it typically is viewable.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thank you for your reply, the problem is that in the list view i only see the minimum nights option available, see screenshot, where are the maximum nights?

By default , some of the fields are deactivated, no idea why.

 

So you just need to message or phone BdC Partner Support to request ' enabler all fields for calendar list view '
