Maximum stay

I don't seem to be able to offer any more than a 7 night stay even when I have the availability.

Does anyone know whether this can be changed. I don't offer my property on a per night basis and it is linked to an external booking platform.

Welcome to the Partner Only Forum, addressing only us not BdC support team.

Posting something like this will not result in any action at all.

Depending on the 3rd party CM / PMS, you might have to define all this on both sides.

As you have not mentioned the 3rd party , there is really nothing we can do to advise further other than contact their support.

in general the calendar List view , expand rate plan per room type, you can set minimum and maximum stay more than 7 .

By default people can usually book more than 7 nights anyway.
