message templates

Hi there - I am trying to set up a message template but what I have written keeps getting rejected - here is the message I get - "Something went wrong and we couldn't save that template. Could you try writing something slightly different, then save it again?" I have cut the message down to 3 lines and tried different wording but nothing seems to work.  Thank you

Hi Denyse, just wanted to let you know that I was able to update my message template today with no issues! Looks like the issue has been recently fixed :)

Hi Sue, thanks so much for posting this update. It's so sad the feature has been disabled, but hopefully it will get fixed soon.

I will also repost your update under my post as there was some discussion happening there, so others could see it.
