Metasearch

Good morning to anyone, has it happened to someone problem with metasearch?  BOOKING.com no longer transmitted rates and availability on google my business and on tripadvisor.  Until last year everything was ok, then they disappeared out of nowhere
 I tried to contact both booking and tripadvisor but each makes me ask the other without coming up with a solution
 I would like to have some suggestions on how to get it fixed on your part or figure out where the problem might be
