minimum 5 nights but booking.com letting 1 night bookings
After being very carefull to get my settings right and setting a 5 night minimum stay booking. com have let a 1 night booking happen that I will need to cancel.
1. why has this happened, I have checked my settings and they ARE set at 5 nights minimum.
2. how do I cancel from my ens?
Click Request Cancel then option 1 of 2.
then phone partner support to expedite freeing it up.
its rare but it has been known to happen , even with a channel manager.

Thank you very much. No wonder I could not find direct support its hidden behind 7 layers (clicks) with no obvious trail. No doubt I shall get used to the BDC way, does seem like stepping back in time somehow.

The wording I saw seemed to imply that only the guest could instigate a cancelation., so I said the guest had requested the cancellation when she hadnt. It worked? Thank you for your explanation.
