I already did in previous comments so armed with that in conjunction watch the video #1, you literally have all you need.
Also there is an option under Rate Plans to set a minimum length of stay when booking e.g. a Nightly Rate has none; but a 3 , 5 ,7 night rate plan with a discount would have minimum set to 3,5,7 respectively.
You will find the Rate Plan submenu under the Rates & availability menu on Extranet.
All of this is already documented under Partner Help above on top of this page.
Rates & Availabilities >Rate Plans> On your rate plan in the left hand side there is a drop down button ^ click on it... in your right hand side click on the edit button>there you will find Minimum stay click edit there you can change days and dont forget to save.
Its a bit difficult in the beggining but you will get it....
Who came up with this minimum stay UI???? I haven't seen anything like this since the 90's. Why can't I change it at a rate page and have to do this in the calendar. Why can't just apply to the rate itself and avoid doing this by dates. This makes no sense.
this booking number was for a stay on 5/18 for 1 night for 2 rooms, there is some type of payment error, that very well could be on the hotel's part, I needed
Hi Linda
Simply open the calendar, select List View and then on left expand each Rate Plan.
Now you can see the extended fields including Minimum, Length of Stay.
If you need those also hidden see my recent topic on this below.
