A mis-booking

Hi there,

I've got a booking for one night come through. However, our minimum stay is for 2 nights.

I've checked the calendar for restrictions for the rates we offer and they say two nights. So I don't know how this one has come through.

Is there somewhere else on the site where I have to put the minimum number of nights?

Thank you very much for your help!

Hi Ann

So in there are two places you can set and check.

1. Rate Plan itself , minimum nights.

2. Availability Calendar > List View > tick Restrictions to reveal, per Room Type.

in the calendar you will see by date the values for Min Length of Stay.

ELSE

Please phone BdC Support directly for this type of enquiry. Guide below or :

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Topic : Account

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right

Very many thanks for your help. It was in the Rate Plan itself.

the calendar was correct at 2 nights minumum.

I don't know why that information is not carried over to the Rate Plan. I'm sure there's a reason!

Thank you, Ann

I don't know why that information is not carried over to the Rate Plan

Because that is not a thing.

Normally you have to first create  Rate Plan , set number of nights.

The only purpose of that extended field, min length of stay, is because rate plans have a max of 7 nights, and this allows adhoc changes by date.
