modifying a booking (Bossiney Cove Cottage - ***)
I have a booking (ref ***). The guests are scheduled to arrive 10/04/21. However, due to COVID restrictions, this is not possible as holidays are not permitted until the 12/04/21. I have spoken to the guests and agreed that they will shorten their stay and not arrive until the 12/04/21. Is it therefore possible for you to amend this booking and issue a refund for the 2 nights?
