In these difficult times guests are asking to cancel their bookings. From my side I am cancelling all non refundable bookings for free. Some of my guests who booked for the month of July are asking to cancel too. My question is what are you guys doing, are we hosts entitled for some refund?
Cancellations can only be applied to those who qualify as per the BdC topic that outlines, the periods, for that location or travellers from.
If someone asks for cancellation now that is fine but they are subject to the original cancellation policy, so that can mean zero refund or partial depending on what your normal cancellation policy is.
