my account is closed /not booktable  what i should do.

please help me

The main 3 reasons for this :


1. User Error : e.g. misconfiguration of Availability Calendar, Rate Plans, Promotions, Policies.

2. Account incomplete  e.g. still not location verified.


3. Finance Related : e.g. need to resolve finance issues with BdC Support as account has bee limited or suspended.



In terms checking the Extranet setting to see where you went wrong, if any, check out the Digest of guides related to availability.

Sometimes its just a very simple thing overlooked or conflicting.


I did up this a while ago, which should help with the basic and demystify some of the blur, in the BdC guides. and includes a section on How to request the hidden extended fields such as No Arrivals, and more.

Contact BdC Support as per the visual guide below or the short version here:



1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Topic : Account

Subtopic : Other, then phone number is revealed on right
