My first booking received for the festive season, now I notice my site is closed and I'm not a "location verification letter" will be sent, so do I have this booking or is it hanging in the balance ?

Not sure how I have received a booking and now the site says its "closed" so a bit confusing as to whether the booking I received is going ahead.   I gave the address of the property so why doesn't the location verification come through by email.  This close to the booking date and Xmas into the bargain means its unlikely that i will receive a letter in 10 days?   Can anyone enlighten me as to whether I have a guest staying or not ?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
