My guest are finding it difficult to write a review!

How can guests write a review if they are not technically minded?

I also advertise my property of Air BnB and I have fantastic reviews since it is easy for guests to do so. I am new to Booking.Com and only have 1 review currently since guests are telling me they don't know how to do it - I am also finding it hard to understand.

Does anyone have a link so that I can share review 'how to' instructions with my guests?
