My Guest House is not live on Booking.com

Hi Loots,

Thank you for taking the time to add a listing link into your profile so we can see and test it, however you put the wrong link in....

Please fix this and only use the link to the actual booking .com listing and not a 3rd party service.

How & Why Add your Listing to your Partner Community Profile

Typicial causes

• Availability Calendar settings such as restrictions 
  • phone partner support to review it
• Account finance issue, suspended , on hold.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
4. Choose Account
5. Now choose Other
6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I can see that 3rd party website you linked is using a 3rd party booking engine too Nightsbridge.
