My hotel is not visible on booking .com if u can help me out for clients to view and book rooms please

My hotel on point plaza is not posted on booking.com

Hello,

Since this is only a Partner Community maybe its better if you contact directly booking.com and ask them to support you...

Hi 

 

After some googling I believe this is your listing , which you can add to your profile for future reference by us.

It has a notice on it of :

We’re sorry, but this property isn’t taking reservations on our site right now. Don’t worry, you can find tons of other nearby properties right here.

 

I suspect this is due to having either:

 

  • Property Snooze Enabled
  • Finance Dispute
  • Outstanding Invoice
  • Verify Location has not completed.

 

The quickest way to determine root cause is like Maria said above, message or phone BdC Support.

Hi,

Do ensure you've got rates and availability loaded! This may be a reason why you're not seeing your hotel on Booking.com. If you're using a Channel Manager, you may want to check on the connectivity too.
