MY Property , bookings and contact person

good day, am writing to express my frustration that I have not been able to get the account manager.

1. I have not been receiving bookings of late and when bookings come I noticed  am only selling 1 room twin room what could be the problem

2. When I do commission am not able to see them reflecting on the customer page price I think it gives the client difficulty to make a decision. am also not able to understand which commission applies were to avoid running at a loss.
