my property is not active

I still cannot see my property online and it says in the home account as Thanks, your property is now set to automatically go live as soon as we complete our checks. Remember we'll email you once we set your property live.

it has been 3 days with not update

I am having this problem since last. August. Havind completed my new property registration 3rd times this morning, I still wait sor someone to confirm it. Can2t login to extranet, either.
