My property re open
It is 3 weeks that I have sent all required video but my property is blocked, payments are blocked, I have called and wrote messages but what assistance said was not met.So they said after 10 days I would have my property and payments unblocked. Assistance in this case is useless they can only repeat that message will be sent to the verification department.
Payments of clients already staying 2 months ago are blocked, I do not understand why . Booking.com it is not the owner of my property this mean I have had clients for free at my expenses? This is not legal.
