My Rates are lower in Guest search results.
Hello everybody,
Maybe someone have a solution for me.
My prices are shown online 50% cheaper than they really are.
1 room I offer for IDR 600000 and it is shown online by boking.com for IDR 300000.The same with all the other rooms.
There are no active promotions and I have deleted the rateplan and renewed it.
No idea how to solve this.

Correct Topic name : My Rates are lower in Guest search results.
Open calendar - list view,
Expand left column to see therate plans, and promotions applied.
Review the per date rates to find out which one is causing it.
Remember genius, and related , including Mobile rate discount 10% all stack.
You can also find the names of the rates and promotions being applied to a new reservation in the details page.

That is not showing it.
I see the rate plan under the RoomID, it look like you have not actually lcick on the rate plan link, look closer and you will see the rate plan name is also a blue hyperlink.
Now click on the v or rate plan name to expand the view to see the other rows of extended fields.
note : not all extended fields are enabled by default. Message BdC Support via extranet to enabled them all.

Thanks for your reply.
I put the Hyperlink at the calender listview but it did not solve my problem.
If I search on the Booking.com appon my phone it shows me first the price that is too cheap but if I check the details then it shows all rooms with the correct price. Not on the browser. There ist shows just the wrong ,cheap price.
