My roos all are sold out its showing on our website but no rooms are booked

Pleas activitie my account and do the reopen for reservation

the general issue is usually what you have configured for

  • promo restrictions
  • general restrictions
  • max advanced reservation time
  • when a promo is allowed to display
  • etc

open the calendar , list view and expand a room type for a date range you know you have inventory for those dates....


review the rate plans, promos under it and expand those further. t osee the fields and values .

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
