need to deactivate a property

Hi, i am trying to call the customer service for days, the robot asking for the confirmation number from first email from booking and i have none, i need to delete this property urgent and i cant do it, we have a booking on that we will honour but that is all. i really need to be contacted by someone from the customer service

Partners do NOT use CS, only Partner Support , 2 different teams, 1 for us and 1 for Guests.


First you simply close availability/ close rooms to block new bookings.


  1. In the extranet, close rooms,
  2. go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  3. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  4. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  5. Choose Account
  6. Now choose TERMINATE

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
