Need Help with Non Refundable Condition
Hi there, I have been contacted by your Help Center ( I think, the number was from Amsterdam) cause a client was trying to book for 4 people but there wasn't the opt flexible or cancellation free. I have tried to edit my settings but it only changes for 2 people not for 4. So far only for 2 people I have condition flexible and for 1-3-4 people non-refundable.
Could you please help me to change these condition settings?

Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet (Option booking.com messages) or give help team a call see link for local phone numbers.
You can change your occupancy in your Extranet under the Property tab in your Layout...
In your Policies you can edit your cancellation policy.

Like Maria A, said, typically occupancy ,depending on property type, is controled by the Property Menu > Room details.
where you define each room type, and set a default occupancy, then optionally set alternative, and max occupancy.
There is a myth that just because a listing for a whole unit (house appartment) say max occupancy is ,say 2, that it cannot be used by more people, example two couples, and second couple bring sleeping bags for example.
That is not a thing, people can reasonably assume they can do that.
Of course you can mark policy - No Parties allowed to prevent mass gathering and potential damage.
