New Franchise , But getting bad business because of old rating and old setup of policies

hello

we Duniya hotel , are totally new franchise of this hotel , initially owned by best western , but don't know the reason booking.com activated old account with old ratings and settings. it is affecting our business a lot.

We want to run promotions , talk to your expert about our profile and promotions , please help us out.

We had this with one of our properties as well. You need to contact BDC directly via Extranet message or phone and explain the problem.

If you are using the old account number, as handed to you by BW, then you will have automatically been given the old account with all of its trappings (***BE VERY AWARE OF OLD SETTINGS IN EXTRANET*** and change any/all you do not agree with).

You will need a new account number allocated to the property to gain a fresh, clean account. In our case we did have to insist, rather vehemently, before the matter was sorted. You will also need to provide proof and date of new ownership.
