New Linen or not?
My guest house is serviced Monday to Friday and I've posted this service on Booking.com. However my guests expect hotel service and a complete set of new linen daily. To resolve this issue I'm now communicating my with guests when the next linen change will be. I replace towels every two days and on a lengthy stay I replace sheets every three days. Guests are happy with this arrangment.
Your schedule looks perfect to me. Create your House rules with this information, print it and laminate. Include this also to your welcome message, so the guests will manage their expectations.
