New message to Booking in INBOX

I need to write to Booking.com

It tells me to go to INBOX in Extranet

I go there but I CANNOT start a new message regarding new ownership

I've just spent 20 minutes on it

Dear partner, 

Thank you for reaching out. 

Please enter to extranet > Inbox > Booking.com messages > on your right hand side, there is a blue button Compose a message > select a relevant topic and subtopic. 

If you don't see it please do the following: 

Can't find what you need? 

See contact options

Select a relevant topic > Below you will see "Still need help? See all contact options"

When you press on See all contact options, you will see Call and Message.
