can you put some notes on our property to be inform about the new s.o.p covid-19?

Guest need to show miti letter and company letter to check in.

  1. Property> Policies >view desc
    1. The Fine Print - set covid policies
  2. Property> Health & safety
  3. Update your New Reservation template - top of it
  4. add a new manual use template to use when you want to send a reminder for it.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
