No Bookings - little to none!?

Hello, we have had 2 of our properties live for over a few months now. However, sadly we are yet to receive many bookings at all. I would welcome any feedback or advice that could assist with this. I appreciate we are in a seasonal location, we have dropped our rates and introduced incentives and offers. We don't seem to be getting much visibility at all or views, and would really appreciate some guidance or suggestions for how this could be improved. Thank you in advance.
