I'm assuming you have bee ntrying for days now, so next option last resort is phone partner support and have them try reach out, failing that, send extranet message with timielimit

"If no reply by date/time  you will cancel ."

or "if no show by midnight that day 1`you will mark it as no show

 no one here but us leprechauns , contact partner support.
