We try to contact the helpdesk bij email and telephone. Both unsuccesful: no answer on the mails, more than an hour waiting the line. Anyone a suggestion to get answers?
Maybe it's difficult to reach them, because everyone has tons of unecessary questions and the line is too busy. Prehaps you can find some answers here.
